I have spent years figuring out what works and what doesn't, implementing the same methods in my own regimen. Whether we meet in person or virtually, you and I will have a conversation about what you want to change in your life through customized physical training. After an in-depth assessment, I will onboard you through my online portal through which you will access your training plan and log progress. This also gives you a direct message line to me.

Diet and Lifestyle Coaching

Working with me entails much more than designing exercise programs - this endeavor is a lifestyle recalibration. While I do not prescribe meals, I teach you simple and sustainable ways of tracking your macros to steadily move toward your desired outcome.

I am a NASM-certified personal trainer with 20 years of experience that includes bodybuilding, distance running, swimming, and specialized military training. I started Joe Trains Online to show people what they are capable of achieving with the right guidance, making fitness less of a task and more of a vitality-instilling lifestyle.

On the personal side, I am a father and Navy veteran. In addition to gym time, I enjoy a plethora of outdoor activities such as trail running, fishing, and kayaking. I'm a Harley guy, absolutely love to ride, and also raise big snakes.
