I have worked in this role, and what I found lacking most was the "after-hours" help needed to succeed outside the purchased training sessions. There is also little to no guidance on diet, which is a huge part of the transformation process.
You can find inexpensive courses all over the Internet, but ultimately they're not made for you specifically and you can't ask them questions. They eventually become unsustainable and you're right back where you started.
